Wavelength Calculator
The wavelength of a wave from its frequency, using the speed of light.

Wavelength (cm)
299.79
How it works
λ = c ÷ frequency (c ≈ 3 × 10⁸ m/s)
For radio and light, wavelength is the speed of light divided by frequency. Higher frequencies mean shorter wavelengths. 100 MHz gives about 3 m.

Frequently asked questions
What is the wavelength of Wi-Fi?
At 2400 MHz it is about 12.5 cm — enter 2400 to check.
Does this work for sound?
Sound uses its own speed (~343 m/s in air), not the speed of light, so this tool is for electromagnetic waves.
